Combat attributes

Anything on this page is subject to change throughout the development progress of the game. We will thoroughly test and validate any feature before it goes live.

Combat attributes directly affect your performance in battle through increasing parameters such as damage output, health, and field maneuverability.

Additionally, having a certain amount of some attributes may open up locked paths or choices in story mode (such as being able to move a boulder if your party has sufficient strength).

Upon levelling up, characters are given points to allocate to any of the following:

Primary Stats

Adding points into a character's primary stats will increase their damage while using certain types of skills.

Strength

  • Increases the damage dealt by one-handed melee weapon skills

Intelligence

  • Increases the damage dealt by magic and tech skills

Dexterity

  • Increases the damage dealt by dagger and bow skills

Constitution

  • Increases your maximum health based on character level

Mobility

Adding points into mobility stats affect your MP (movement points), AP (action points), and turn order. MP is required to move a character while AP is used to pay the activation cost for skills.

Speed

  • At certain levels, increases max MP or your turn MP

Vigor

  • At certain levels, increases max AP or your turn AP

Initiative

  • Determines turn order in battle

Weapon mastery

Adding points to weapon masteries will grant your characters bonus overall accuracy, evasion, and damage as long as they are equipped with the corresponding weapon type.

Additionally, damage dealt by most skills will scale with certain weapon mastery levels.

Wizardry

  • Gain bonuses while equipped with a wand or a staff

Ranged

  • Gain bonuses while equipped with a bow

Additionally, damage dealt by most skills will scale with certain school levels.
